Dear Sir, I'm trying for a long time but i have forgotten my username, password and question what i have selected.So I have sent so many e-mails to etickets@irctc.co.in but no response i got. Now i'll not journey on 11th of July so i want to cancel my e-ticket whose details are given below:-
One problem is that when i got signed up in IRCTC Online Passenger Reservation System then no username and password is sent to my email id that is why i forgot my account at irctc website. Hence i'm unable to cancel my e-ticket.

Dear Sir,
We have booked e-ticket vide PNR # 8403497874 for travellimg on 26.12.10 from KOTA Jn (KOTA) to JALANDHER CANT(JRC) by SWARAJ EXPRESS train # 12471 Due to route diversion train didn't arrive at our boarding station and we could not board at KOTA.
For refund I loaged claim on 26-12-10 with IRCTC and I was advise that it may take 90 days in settelment and refund,despite my regular followup with IRCTC till date I have not received my money back.GOD knows when it will be setteled...I seek you help to get the issue resolved.

I've booked a ticket from Bangalore to Tirupathi in newly launched e-ticketing website by railways ( not irctc). After 3 days when tried to cancel the ticket the website was under maintenance and so not able to login. i had planned an travel from vskp - sec on 18 of Aug 2011 suddenly due to some problems i am unable to travel now while i am entering in to https://www.indianrailways.gov.in there was an message appering that E-ticketing facility has been temporarily stopped.
