I have been following up with irctc since May '11 for those tickets i cancelled and one ticket where the transaction is unsuccessful. I have been complaining / raising the complaint since one and half month on irctc. there is no proper response as on date. Every time the same reply comes as it is being sent to concerned dept.
IRCTC irritates the customers. I will file a case against irctc.
