This is to inform you that, I had checked the booked tickets history & my e- mail for ticket booking immediately. It does n't show any evidence of the same.Due to this error in the irctc internet system I had booked the same passenger list for the same train & date again, it's not fair to transfer any financial losses to the customer incurred due to the system errors / loop holes. (Dual booking of the same passenger list for the same train & date)
Moreover, if I would had been communicated the actual status timely about my first failed transaction , there is no point in booking the same ticket for the same passenger list for the same date again.
Please consider this as a special case of system failure and revert back the ticket amount to my banker's account
