I have cancelled a ticket online (PNR no. 2126995575) on 24th Oct 2011 at 2:30PM due the the cancellation of train from railway itself on 21st oct
I have cancelled the ticket within 3 days of departure of train 09802 (26/10/2011 at 7:25AM) as per IRCTC rules.

Railway have delayed to update the train cancelled status at website till 24th oct 2:30PM so after waiting a long i have cancelled the ticket because I was leaving udaipur on the day and later i was not able to cancel the same through online.
Now If the railway is delayed or failed to update the train information at the railway website upto 3 days (21st oct to 24th oct) then why my 80 Rs were deducted for ticket cancellation while the full amount should be returned

Please help me out to get the 80 Rs amount as soon as possible.
