I had booked a ticket in Tatkal from Guwahati to Mumbai for journey on 6th November 2011.
While the filling form for booking Tatkal ticket I clearly written my name Prabir Paul. But by mistake or what, the ticket counter person did wrong entry of my name in system as Prabitra Paul.While boarding in train I came to know wrong name printed on the chart against my seat. Later I have to pay fine around Rs. 800 because of this as my Pan card no is different from the name printed in ticket. When I approached the station master in another station for this enquiry,going there in all panic situation I lost my one luggage with valuables worth Rs.10,000.

Its pathetic service fro Railways.

As this completely railways mistake, for the reason I am facing so much problem & lost my valuable things. I want total compensation.

Pls. help me out.
