Dear Sir / Madam,
I was booked a e-ticket as per following detail on 13/15/2011to travel from Hyderabad to Rajkot. Due to the Talangana strike, Train was cancelled and i was filed the TDR same day of the train departure. I was contact to customer care of IRCTC to refund the ticket amount after five days of TDR filed. Customer Care (Delhi) was replied that your request was forwarded to Railway and amount will deposit in your account with in three months. But till date amount was not refunded and when i contact to Delhi customer care, he tell to contact to Chennai customer care and vise versa, Chennai customer care inform to contact to Delhi customer care. It was completed more than three and half months but no any proper response from railway.
