Hi,
i am shankar i had booked ticket from gulbarga to bangalore on 26.11.11 at early around 8:19 a m in morning. Traveing date on 27.11.11 at evening 22:05 hours Then i got ticket WL 5 & 6, the PNR No. 4335648209, later on the seat is not conform, then i went inquiry office at gulbarga, but that enquiry department officials saying, chart list is already ready, you couldn't travel in e- ticket,the ticket is not value, in the midnight i and my family suffered.our waiting list is 2 & 3.
This is a big network department. but no one bother about passenger, Then what about my amount, i decided next i can't travel in railway department,
But now we are in 22nd century still the railway department is not renuvated they still living in 10th century. please put correct officer for ticket department.
