I have bought two E-ticket from IRCTC. After that they asked me to verify email address and when I clicked on it my password got reset and it was written a password reset mail has been sent to your mail but i never got any mail. Now I am unable to login into my account and I have not taken print outs of my ticket. I tried to register complaint via mail but nobody responded and nobody picks up the phone at customer care center. Now I have to pay the fine to TC for without any reason.
