i m Gopal kumar i booked my bike ( reg. no. DL 13S 6497) from Delhi(DLI) to Begusarai(BGS) station at 30-10-11 in Mahananda exp as luggage as I traveled with same train on 31-10-11. but in begusarai parcel staff were absent so guard did not unload my bike, train guard told me that i will unload at katihar jn. and send it back to begusarai next date as 2-10-11. but i did not got any information thereafter yet. my bike booking PWB/Luggage ticket No. is A-0534994. i given complaint to begusarai station master, Parcel officer but did not got satisfactory reply and according to them they people can not able to trace my bike. again i given comlaint to Sr. DCM Hazipur Division NE Railway, but did not got any reply from there also.

I have a humble Request to you please resolve my matter and provide me my luggage as bike,
