Dear Sir / Mam,
When I went to ticket counter on 15th Oct 2010 ( around 10 pm ) and asked to ticket for Mumbai to Ratnagiri ( Mr Khadekar was the Railway Employee ). I gave 120/- against 107/- he gave the change of 15/- and asked for 2/- change but I was dont have 2/- and he hold my ticket and my train (Mumbai - Manglore Exp) abuot to leave. I insist to give my ticket and remaining change 13/- but he denied and when I told him I will give complaint against you then he called me Terrorist.
It is day to day observation is that maximum Govt. emloyees have bad behaviour and trying to taking extra money in the subject of change and not bother of affecting the business by loosing the customers as they have job security. some training and restriction to Govt. emloyees required.
Can we expect any action against Mr Khadekar, the Railway Employee ? at the time of incident I was unable to give complaint.
