my self sanjay jain . we have book a rail ticker journy in kolkata rajdhani on 13.10.2010
from parasnath jn. to new delhi. but unforthnate my ticket has distroied in water. i go to the station for dublicate ticket, but he say if my ticket will be confaram then he issue d. ticket if it not confarm then it is not.

at the last momunt our six family member waiting on station parsvnath ,but nither our ticket confarmed nor rail way refund my money
