I had booked SL class ticket from Ernakulam Town to Mumbai CST as per details given below:
Train No.6382 Cape Mumbai Express
Date of Journey: 19-09-2010
Class: Sleeper
Passenger Name : Tomy Mathew
Seat Berth: RAC 31/ S7

I missed the train and i could not board the train. I reached Mumbai in another train.

i went to the Mumbai CST to get the refund. but the official inthe counter said to me that the information is not updated in their computer system and advised me to come next week. I approached the reservation Supervisor on 27th September and 4th October too.
but the still the computer system is not yet updated.

More delay in the updation of computer system will reduce the refund amount and i am not sure when it will be updated. Therefore i request your goodself to instruct the concerned authority to refund me the unused ticket before lapse of time.
