indian railways
i had confirmed ticket on 8102exp from jammu to kanpur. On reaching jammu station i was told that the train stands cancelled from jammu & it will start from amritsar(225 km). I had to give in to the exorbitant demand of the taxi union & hire one for 4270/- The TT informed me that i will get the refund on my unused ticket(jammu to amritsar) at kanpur as everything is computerised & they have the information.
At kanpur i was told i wont be getting any refund. HEARTBROKEN, Vikas Bahl pnr-240-9154085
