    Smile Indian railways complaint

    I am pankaj kumar rai from Bihar.At 15th of may I came from bihar to Bhopal by Indur Patna express in general compartment. I had a ticket but i did not get sit. i had to suffer for more than 15 hours. I was tortured by the misbehave of railway department. I am a consumer of railway and i want justic in this matter.Most of Indian BPL families travel in general compartment and pay sufficient money for ticket but they don't get proper facilities. I think it is a matter of pulic interest . so plz guide me how can i claim against railway deparetment .

    Devgiri exp. 7058 not stopped at thane station properly. It suppose to stop twice but stooped only once and the passengers from last 5 coaches has to travel to Dadar unnecessary which gives us stress and harashment.

    Question Indian Railways (NR)

    I could not understand why so many sites and most of them are not working and lot of the consumers like me are not well versed. Do you think a poor passennger has patience to find out. Did they advertise ?Why not Complaint Counters signs are not there at the first place.

    I tried on other sites and they dont even response of receiving. At 6.am no light in front of the building, senior citizen counter glasses dirty and closed,wheelchair counter light off and old woman sitting with a guard and she shoo us off. When enquired she told me to see the board, which says 50-60 for the wheel chair, (it is cleverly drafted) it does not say that charges are coolie plus w.chair. Why the hell outside the coolie are charging over Rs.250/- They dont even leave old and sick people. If related staff have some shame left they can check any time.
    Why are signs of complaint book and coolie charges put up in important places. Why coolie hide their number plates. These numbers should be on their both side of the shirt. Atleast poor passenger can follow in rush hours. One can see that VIP parking staff blocking way and diverting and earning and sharing rs.60/-.It is all controlled by different mafia group. Looks like all will have a great time during great CWG..? Shame.. Can somebody atleast response.

    my reservation ticket was miss on dated 01-11-2010 at delhi
    when i went for duplicate ticket at Tughlakabad ( new delhi) railway reservation counter
    counterstaff told me my Ticket had cancelled.
    Accourding to RTI I want to know how railway employee cancelled my ticket without my permission
    I want immediate solution of my above problem otherwise i am going to consumer forum against Railway.

    Default Irresponsible behaviour towards AC 1 passengers

    I had travelled in Ashram express from Ahmedabad to Delhi on 16 Nov. My PNR no was 853-5165527 in AC1. I would like to point out irresponsible behaviour towards the AC 1 passengers. The toilets was dirty and by the time the train reached Delhi the water had almost finished and was trickling down the taps. Further nobody removed the used plates after the dinner was served and it kept stinking throughout the night. The matter was brought to the notice of the coach attendent but he shrugged it off saying that it was not his job. I would request the Rly officials to ensure that no such kind of treatment is meted out to AC1 passengers atleast.
