I had a booking of train ticket on 2nd July from NZM- Banda on 9.35 PM. I had book ticket online on 28 June and take print out of the same on 2nd July morning. My ticket is showing that my train is at 9.35. I reached station at 9.05 P.M. and found that train had left at 8.15 PM. It was a shock and I had to traval in general that night because of urgent travel.

I want to file a complaint towards railway department for inconvinince. Please let me know how I can move ahead.
