I want to draw attention of the Railway authorities towards their inhuman behaviour towards passengers. My daughter with a three years child was conducting journey from Lucknow to Banglore via Gorakhpur Express. Her reservation was in 3rd AC. She was tunned when she found that her birth was side upper. The Railway authorities had removed the middle side birth but the upper births have not lowered till yet.

Due to this the total journey has bocome havock to her as there was no room to sit a person on upper side birth. As such it serves no purpose to remove the middle side birth by not lowering the upper side birth. I think it will attaract attention of the Railway authorities.
