Dear Sir/Madam,
I Have booked one e ticket from MAS to TATA in 3352: Dhanbad Express. The PNR No is 4319461741. Date of journy was 23rd July 2010. At the time of booking my booking status was confirmrd as ST5/ 007/SL. But after chart preparation it was showing status as WL/0. Due to this problem i was unable to journy with the train as the Ticket Inspecter said that my ticket is not valid. I have faced a lot of problem and also my mony has not refunded. I want to know the proper clarification from railway regarding this issue. I request you to please do the needful.
