Hi,i am constrained to say that transaction no. 0387764179 from my id- chipta1 was done on 6 sept.2011,but became failed,although my money has been deducted from my account.but i have got a refund confirmation mail on 9 th sept. 2011,but money was not refunded.please look into this matter asap.
Hundred times i sent mail to irctc care with attached a scanned copy of my passbook,but no action has been taken yet ny irctc.
Hoping to get a positive reply.
