I have booked two ticket today via irctc in tatkal quota at the time of booking i was shown both the were confirmed and only seeing that i went ahead and made the payment but after making the payment i see that i have only 1 confirmed ticket and other is in waiting list.
Now that i don't have both the ticket confirmed we dont want to travel on this ticket but if i co for cancellation i have a loose of 75% of the confirm ticket. I have discussed this matter with the consumer care and have not got any proper answer.
1) Why is that i have only one confirm ticket?
2) I made the payment knowing that i had both my ticket confirmed if not i would not have booked now who shall be responsible for the mess?
