I am sizzling with ticket booking services of IRCTC.CO.IN.This is the worst website i have seen seen.Why dont they just **** this website service ?? why they are just making fool of we Indians ??This is just another example of bloody corruption going on in India.

money deducted from my icici account but irctc didnt book ticket

i am anubhav mishra . i was booking a ticket from varanasi to new delhi in shiv ganga through irctc in tatkal quota . i made payment successfully but ticket was not booked . Following are the details of icici bank which i got showing deduction of money.
BIL/255516093/IRCTC INDIAN RAILWAY/03.
rs.391 were deducted from my account on 26th september at 2:30 am . i was using net banking through icici bank.
I hope that i will get my money back as soon as possible.
