IRCTC delivering I-tcket after travel date
dear sir,
I had book season ticket through online by IRCTC on 10-Aug-2010, and mydate of journey was 14-Aug-2010. IRCTC has not deliverd me ticket before 14-Aug-2010. No one was responding on phone either courier (overnite express) and IRCT customer care. Requesting you to register the complaint against them and take the strict action. Dear all pls dont belive on IRCTC Regards, Ashok Sapkale
