Dear Customer care ,

I have booked online ticket for my relative from train name-"Utkal" dated 22dec2011,but today when my relatives reached they got to know that train doesnt run from that station-" kharagpur"

Sending you the irctc mailed ticket.This is a total harassment of passengers .

Please refund the amount as the train doesnt go for that route and it is a total fault of irctc.
(The same has been logged under consumer court forum)
