Irctc login

I booked an e-ticket on 29-august-2010 from fatehpur to bhubaneswar boarding at allahabad for dated 9-10-2010 but it was booked as rlwl 19 to rlwl 23 while available seats 0030 are being shown on the accomodation availability board.

In have been charged the fare from fatehpur to bhubaneshwar but the position on the ticket is shown of allahabad to bhuneshwar.this act is agianst the natrual justice and immoral. My pnr no. Is 2410712829 .
