I had booked a train ticket through IRCTC from Ranchi to Howrah on Satabadi Express(Train no.2020) for 01.10.2010. PNR No. is 6247644616. But I could not travel by the train on 01.10.2010 as the train was cancelled on that day. TDR was filed on 06.10.10 for refund, but till date no refund has been made. I have also sent the scan copy of the certificate of the Station Manager, S.E. Rly. Ranchi that train is cancelled on 01.10.10. However, after a long period they have replied that "As per record passenger travelled on the ticket." But I have to say that when the train was cancelled on that day how any passenger will travel? I have sent reminder e-mails with proof to IRCTC but in vain. Please help me for getting the refund.

I want to complaint against the IRCTC TDR refund procedure.I constantly requested the IRCTC for the refund but so far not recieved the refunded amount till date(120 days).The details of which mention below:

I have filled the Tdr on 22-07-2011 because train got cancelled on the journey date.
It has been long period and I want to know the date of refund because already its very high time(120 days). Pls reply to my querry...asap.
I mailed to IRCTC several times but always got same reply again & again,which is mention below:
Dear Customer,
Kindly note that your refund is in process through TDR (Ticket Deposit Receipt). Refund under this category is processed by the railways under the present commercial rules and this process takes minimum 90 days or more. Once the refund is received from the railways the same will be credited to your account.
But when this will happen i dont know,Pls help me.
