i am informing that i am a agent of irctc and duing work from last 2009 and till now i was filled too many tdr but some refund made and so many tdr are refunded, i am facing so customer, that they are given DHAMKI and abuse also and that saying i dont know railway i know to you, you should have to return my money otherwise ............ they worn me

will fight to them or do our business

when i wrote email them the simply send massage send details
how many times send him

so tdr are that passanger are traveling 3 and they refund only 1 one person amount when i wrote them then they are not given any answer
