Sir,
I have booked e ticket and made TDR due rail roke and train was diverted
I have filled TDR against r E-Ticket PNR No: 6300317492 and TDR Reference number.
ekt2011092303314109 and I got have refunded amount of Rs 490-/( 25% of ticket value) only.
Actually as per railway rules refund amount should be
full value of ticket of Rs 1960/-.I have repeatedly given mails to IRCTC regarding this TDR
and failed to response from IRCTC. Kindly verify my ticket get me my balance amount.
I am giving the TDR returned amount statement sent from IRCTC below.
