While I was booking the ticket from Moradabad to Ajmer, the IRCTC site was so dull to deliver me the ticket, but it was very fast for deducting the amount from my account. And this incident took place on date 27-Aug-2011. My transaction ID was 0383703701 and the amount deducted by IRCTC is 1504.I mailed them regarding this wrong deduction and my token ID given by IRCTC is (IRCTC #1821015)I sent them the bank satement copy of my account to IRCTC but still they people didnt returned my amount yet. And now they are not giving any reply to me and whenever i call they just tell that my request is under process, and when asked they say we can't tell more than this. I just need my money back which is deducted by IRCTC for no reason.

These people are not replying to the mail now and whenever i call them they wastes my at least 5 minutes and still they dont give me satisfactory answer. IRCTC IS REALLY A BIG THEIF THEY JUS CON PEOPLE FOR THE NAEM OF THEIR SYSTEM AND MAKE PEOPLE FOOL. Otherwise why their system can deduct money and can't generate ticket.
