I had booked ticket form LTT(Lokamanya Tilak terminal) TO NGP(Nagpur) on 24/10/2010 ( DOJ. 25/10/10 ,PNR 8535688822 Schedule DEP. TIME 20:35 but train was rescheduled(04:00am on 26/10/10) ; I had also booked ticket
for Nagpur to Ahmedabad (ADI) DOJ. 26/10/2010 PNR 6348492054 Schedule DEP. TIME 19:00) .If train(ltt to NGP) run on scheduled time I would have been get 8 to 9 hrs time span and do the job
but due to rescheduled time of (ltt to ngp train ) it was impossible to travel in both the train. The job at nagpur and ahmedabad were most urgent for that reason I had booked
TATKAL quota tickets. I rushed to TTE office for advice ,told me to cancelled both tickets before chart prepared .I had done accordingly .No refund for train NGP to ADI ;
many mails had been send to concern department (irctc@customer care)for the refund but informed me about Tatkal ticket cancellations, charges will be deducted as per existing Railway rules.Denied Railways Fault and both journeys realated with each other
I had already loss taxi fare to reach station and back (Rs750)
