Dear team,

I am raising this complaint on IRCTC .
I have cancelled one tatkal ticket on 19th Oct' 2011 due to train cancelled by IRCTC itself because of telangana issue, but till now i have not received any refund for the same. i heard that maximu it takes 3 month for refund on TDR file tickets but it almost now 4th month is going even then IRCTC not replied any status on the same.
