I booked a tatkal ticket on 18/06/2010 for the journey from ndae(Nabadwip Dham) to njp(new Jalpaiguri) on 20/06/2010 through irctc reservation portal. But due to line maintenance there was a block in Bandal-Katwa line and the train route had been diverted through Burdwan.
As per irctc rules I filed TDR to get my full money back. Till the date i did not get that fund. I have contacted irctc authority so many times but nothing has happened with my money.
almost four(5) months gone and no reply received . Only they informed that refund order is now struck in NF Railaway departmet. Nad and lodge a complaints in NF Railway also ( Complaints no.: : 'C/10/10-14526B990BCEB02DDA94C3F94106017F.web103-824')
please help me to get back my money………
