Hi,

This is about the worst and despicable service of IRCTC.CO.IN , when I had booked tickets online from Bangalore to Hubli on 25 Nov 2011 (morning 8.30). The money was deducted instantly and then the website went down (this has happened twice already).

And I never got the ticket or any reversal of the amount. I am filing this complaint, against everyone who is in charge of this scandalous service.

Why does the money get deducted before the transaction could be completed?
Why does the website goes down all the time after the money gets transferred?
Why does the customer care number never responding, and every time I call the line is ringing with absolute no response.
What is the objective of having a customer care number, when there is no one to cater to the queries?

I would like to sue these people and am willing to give 50% of the amount that I get after suing.
