I was travelling in Sampark kranti express 2650 (bhopal to bangalore) dtd 4/10/10 PNR 231-0381091, the prices for cold drinks charged were above MRP price ,ON CONTACTING THE CATERING MANAGER HE REFUSED TO REDUCE THE PRICE INSTEAD THREATENED TO STOP THE SUPPLY OF COLD DRINKS .the said manager Mr Rajendra even said that the price are due to the extra comfort of cooling the cold drink .No TC is availbe in the AC compartmrnt for lodging the complaint ,its a very tedious task to handle the affairs
Further I would like to have the menu card displayed in the pantry car which is not there .in the train.the quantity of the items supplied should also be checked
