Sir,

I Have been using the MRTS rail system in Chennai regularly.On the way to my work place and on return i pass through Tirumayilai Railway station. The lifts situated in this station have not been functioning for a very long time. Several inquiries with the Station authorities is only falling on deaf ears. Nobody in the department seems to be bothered about this malfunctioning of the lifts.

I request that necessary steps be taken to make these lifts operational.
