Respected Sir/Madam,
I booked ticket of 27 November from New Delhi to Hyderabad in A.P. Express (Train No. 2724) on TATKAL quota. Due to delay of Uttaranchal Samark Kranti Train (Train No. 5036) I missed the A.P. Express Train. Regarding this I consult with Station Master and other railway staff at New Delhi Railway Station but they did not give me positive response and my valuable four hour had been waste. Their behavior was not good. They told me go different counters for getting correct information. They didn't refund my reservation ticket or they didn't allow me travel by another train with same reservation ticket.
I request you sir please take correct action regarding this matter.
