Dear Sir,
I am Anil kumar Tripathi from gwalior (madhya pradesh).I was travelling from bhatinda to new Delhi
at 22/12/2010 (time-11:30pm).due to the lack of timing scheduled,I couldn't get a reservation and enter
the train without ticket and request from TTE make my valid ticket for traveling.After the making ticket
he charged me Rs400 (Rs.150+250).During the traveling RPF staff (Mr.Satveer) come toward's me and
and push me to downward with saying abusing word (like saale bihari kahan se aa jaate hain,paise
nhin hote hai phir bhi reservation mein safar karte hain).I told him talk with me like a gentle man.
he checked my ticket and keep it in his(Mr.satveer) pocket and warn me sit near to toilet otherwise
through away from the train.I shocked his this type of misbehavior and abusing word.So consider
my complaint is very serious and do the needful action against Mr.Satveer and revert me as soon as
possible.I want to get the feedback of this complaint.
