neither birth allotted nor money refunded in my account.
my PNR status was showing 16 waiting 3 hours before train's schduled arraival at jalgaon.but at last moment my PNR was not printed in reservation chart.station TT suggest me that my ticket have been canceled and now i can't trail on same ticket. he also told me my money ll be credited in my account.but their is no money transfer in my account.
plz solve the issue as soon as possible.
