Dear sir,
I am not satisfied with the regret of the railways as this is unjustified.I am again sending all the proof to yourself to see the matter .
The train was late more than 19 hrs and no information was avalable with station master.
They are increasing ETA by every hour from 9pm(8 sept ) to early in the morning till 05 am and I spent full night on platform with my family. In the morning of 9 sept ,as information received about 12102,i purchased a 2nd class ticket as guided by TC and he made an excess fare ticket as per roules.(E 43021832 -Rs. 592 and 836859 for Rs. 2506).After that I had filed TDR since there is not any information about the 12810.Attached herewith the news of that day 'Flash flood disrupt train services'.Therefore I again request you to see the matter and refund the full amount or I will approach the consumer forum.
Thanks and regards,
G.D.Bhatia
