I booked a ticket in July on the new railways booking website. The journey date was 22 September 2011 and the ticket was booked through the new railways booking site. (https://www.indianrailways.gov.in/in...LoginPage.seam) which was open for few weeks and then was shut. I have spent considerable time and money calling these STD no's for getting my refund.

I tried calling the above numbers over 25 times in 3 months also send over 30 emails for refund. Yet nothing is happening, the helplines nos are closed and whenever i email customercare@indianrailways.gov.in, they just keep saying you will get the refund shortly, but it never happens. I tried emailing IRCTC also but they are not helping saying the ticket was booked from another Indian railways website. So now i am stuck with no refund and over Rs 2000 stuck from Sep 2011.

The PNR no for the ticket is PNR No. : 4431156224. Can anyone help me in getting my refund,
