I booked the ticket from pune railway station on 16th nov 2009 with debit card but i could not perform the journey it has been one year when i filed tdr for claim but still the amount is not credited to my account. i filed the tdr on 22 nov 2009 at chief commercial manager (refunds) at jaipur .the details of the y ticket are as follows:

Kindly note that i had filed a TDR for the PNR No.4214610695 (Journey Date 29.04.2010) on 03.05.2010 and is being regularly following up with the IRCTC team through Mails and Phone calls. Inspite of all these I have not got my Refund. Please do needful
