Dear All,
Using my Credit Card I purchased 3 railway ticket (Rajdhani - Delhi to Kolkata - 20th Apr.'10) with the following detail, out of which 2 were in Waiting status till the time of journey.

Subsequently I got to understand from Ms.Mehar of IRCTC Online Passenger Reservation System (011-23340000) that the payment is processed after 90 days, and accordingly after 90 days from the date of journey I started following up with IRCTC in their email address Care@irctc.co.in and had already put 3 reminders, but except for 1 instance of Ms.Mehar there were no response from IRCTC neithere is the refund reflected in my Credit Card account.
Please help to resolve the issue.
