I have booked a Pulshar bike from Faizabad to Dribrugarh through Parcel on date 03/09/2011, Bility no. 637213 .Till date material is not received at destination. However, a lot of energy has been wasted from my end to know the exact status of my goods but always i have been misguided from IR concern officers.

Is it the quick and promt service alays being promised by Indian Railway?

You are requested to furnish the exact status of my bike as soon as possible, so that in case of any miss happening , i can proceed further in right direction.
