The Poorest Quality of Smart are being issued to the Customers of Northern Railways, I have buyed the Smart card on 09/10/2011, I did my 4 journeys and after that in 14 days my card got expired I have paid resonable amount ( Travel value of card- 52) ( Security Deposit - 65 ) In total it Cost me 115 Rs , I visited the ATVM helpline at New delhi Railway Station , niether they are giving me my Security Deposit nor they are issuing me a Duplicate Smart Card
