I have not got back the amount from my cancelled eticket containing sl.no 1,2&3 though I have several times mailed to care@irctc.co.in regarding the matter with my irctc registered mail i.d dvc.subrata_06@yahoo.co.in.with relevant documents i.e1) Bank A/c details and2) cancelled ticket detailssince 03/07/10.Even I have contacted to Mr.Sachin(Customer care excutive of irctc,phno.01123345600) by telephone .First time he said that he is trying to solve it date:18/7/10.next when i called him up,to find out why it was being delayed,he remarked that we can do whatever we feel like against him but he wont look into the matter again.
I,therefore, request you to look into the matter and take necessary measures.
