Both the companies are cheating with the consumers especially the one stop shop...
None of the officers are giving correct answer to agents so whats the use of investing 10k in this firm...
I am the oss agent from last 2 years not not have earned 10 k in dis two years due to bad services.....

The Smart Shop Company Channai which provide mobile, dth, travel reservation booking, hotal booking and other facilities. This company is 420 because the tie-up between company and IRCTC is fraud. Company promise to give IRCTC agent license on papers but IRCTC not give to any body license after 31st march, 2011. I bought franchisee in Rs. 10000/- INR but company are not give to me railway reservation facility and also not refund my franchisee money within time. All customer care, sales person and Zonal officers are not responding to me. So plz no anybody take interest on The Smart Shop Company
