I have booked a ticket through the website. IRCTC.co.in from eluru to secunderabad. I have cancelled the ticket because of telangana rail roko on 15,16,17th October 11. The train been diverted to other root and will not stop in secunderabad. Actual ticket fare is 669 and refunded amount is 499. So i was expecting full refund amount(669) but they have deducted 40/- per person and refunded(499).
