Dear sir,

I with my family were traveling from AMBALA CANNT TO ERNAKULAM JN on 24-4-2011 by Train No. & Name: 12484/ASR KCVL EXPRES my PNR no 2116718344 and the ticket was booked on 12-Feb-2011 07:49:25 PM and the status then was WL 8 WL 9 AND WL 10 and at the time of journey it was 2 RAC and 1 WL we were alloted seat no 63 for RAC from there to ernakulm it remain same RAC and WL. The people travel from in between stations are able to get seat and bearth we are not alotted any bearth are RAC for the WL till the end of our journey. And we approch TTE they look to us like unwanted people and tell go sit in your seat i will come there and never turn to us.
