I am Parmod Kumar Bansal from Sangrur(Punjab).


I booked 5 tickets from Sangrur to Jammu Tawi on date 09-may-2010 in
the train ANDAMAN EXPRESS & the train number is 6031. Date of journey
was the 05-june-2010. The PNR number is 4117532061 and the Transaction
id is 0210782003. I charged rupees 845 through netbanking by the use
of Canara Bank Debit Card.


I also booked 5 return tickets from Jammu Tawi to Sangrur on date
09-may-2010 The journey date was 07-june-2010 . The PNR number is
2406609152 and transaction id is 0210784151. Name of the train is
Himsagar Exp and the train number is 6318. I charged rupees 2215 for
these tickets through netbanking by the use of Canara bank Debit card.

But due to some reasons i cancelled all the tickets on date
01-june-2010. my account shows me that the money was refunded in my
account on 02-june-2010.
but till day the money is not deposited in my account. please consider
my complaint as soon as possible and tranfer the money in my account.
