I filed the TDR on the next day itself i,e..on 5th dec'09 and and when it was more than 3 months then i mailed them on 9th of March I got a revert that the request has been fwdd to the railways on 15th dec'10 but I have not recd the refund till now and its 8 months old story now.The customer care people are not giving any proper response and every customer care executive is giving some alternate no.but no one is giving me proper response.I need ur help for getting my refund and kindly make sure that they are paying the penalty along with the refund


Plz revert back ASAP and do the needful on priority
