Dear Sir,

I had applied for 2 passenger under pnr no.833-9665795 out of which only one passenger was alloted berth while for second passenger berth was not confirmed.

on filing tdr, reply received as :REGRET Dear Customer, With Reference to your PNR No:8339665795, we regret to inform you that refund is not
admissible as informed by Railways through their letter no : RF1/1186/10-11/D4/30.08.10/NR and the reason being :
675-NR/36 failed to collect TTE certificate in support of the claim. The case is repudiated.

But, when i asked tte,he told that as the berth is not confirmed , amt will be refunded to you.

Kindly look into the matter and refund the amount as admissible.
