hi

i have to say that it is the daily procedure at muzaffarpur railway reservation counter that first the travel agents and the dalals will get the ticket and then the general public whether you are standing first on the window the dalals and the agents will give thier forms by side on ladies and senior citizen counter also
and they will get ticket first if you are first on the window then also your chance will come after 10 - 15 min in the morning all the tatkal will be given to travel agent and dalals.


can anybody do something?
